This is the point where the strategy comes to life. We will handle the day-to-day posting on your Instagram page, implement weekly community management to ensure an active and engaged presence with your community and respond accordingly to comments, questions + DM's.

We will use a mix of designed content, sourced imagery, and branded photography that represents your brand, write captivating captions, send through a monthly content calendar for your approval before executing and finally send a monthly analytics report to report back on the month’s success.

We will include one scheduled meeting per month to discuss upcoming content and additional ideas, etc. (as needed).

We will send a monthly social media report which will outline the key metrics that are most important for your business.

Do you take the branded photography, if not, is this a requirement before I sign up?

How does the social contract work?

Our social media contract is structured over a 3-month period as we believe it takes time implement the strategy and to see a noticeable impact on your Instagram page. If you are interested in extending the contract after the 3 months are up, we are happy to do so and will send an updated contract your way.

In the unlikely event that you decide to discontinue our services, we kindly request a 1-month notice period to allow sufficient time for us to finalise all posting up until the date of termination. Failure to provide this notice will result in a

penalty-free as outlined in our contract.

While we don't offer photography services as part of our package, we strongly believe that all social media content should be unique and authentic to

your brand.

If you don’t have an existing bank of professional content, we are happy provide recommendations for photographers, estimated costs, and create an image mood-board to ensure that the shoot aligns with your brand's aesthetic. We'll work closely with you and the photographer to schedule the photoshoot and capture the images necessary for your social media content.

How does the payment plan work?

Do you offer ads as part of your strategy?

Your payments will be structured as a set retainer over a 3-month period. Upon invoicing, we require payment in full by the 25th of each month via EFT as per the bank details in the footer of our invoice.

Most definitely. Including boosted ads in your strategy will ensure that you are able to reach your goals in an accelerated way as organic efforts can only get you so far. If you would like to include this as an added service, please note that this will be at an additional cost over and above the retainer amount allocated to your ad budget and management thereof.
